We send parcels to all cities Australia within 1-7 days after confirmation of payment, the track is sent to the mail specified in the order. All parcels are sent by mail from Australia. Exceptions are weekends and public holidays. Also, the sending of the parcel may be delayed due to force majeure circumstances, if any, the client will be informed additionally.
After sending the goods, we send you the parcel’s track code, by which you can track its movement on the website of the Post Office Australia.
Delivered parcels are stored at the post office for 30 days from the date of arrival using the track code. If you were unable to pick up the parcel within 30 days, the parcel will be sent to the sender. Thus, the parcel can be considered lost. Refunds are not provided in this case.
